Rail Services was formed in 2009 in a joint venture with Mr James Wilson, who founded South Spur Rail. The aim of Intermodal Terminal Services Pty Ltd (ITS) is to provide the the Australian transport and logistics sector with an independent rail specialist services capability to ensure efficient below rail infrastructure availability.

ITS provides support services to the rail industry in three core areas:

• Rolling stock maintenance and refurbishment

• Precision Engineering of passenger and freight locomotives and rollingstock

• Infrastructure construction and maintenance

ITS has three service centres in Perth, Sydney and Newcastle.
